Membership Fees

• All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
• Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or refunded for non-usage or personal reasons.

Personal Training & Class Packages

• Fees paid for personal training sessions, group classes, or special programs are non-refundable.
• Missed sessions will not be compensated or rescheduled unless communicated in advance and approved by management.

Promotional Offers

• Fees paid under discounted or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds or returns.
• Promotional benefits are valid only for the specified period.

Exceptional Circumstances

• Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of Jaguar Fitness Gym management in exceptional cases.

Cancellation

• Once a membership or package is activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
